2. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value your time and strive to provide the best care for all patients.
Appointments:

Appointment bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

Fees are payable at the time of in-person consultation, and fees for Telehealth consultation are payable in advance. We accept payments via EFTPOS, Debit & Credit cards (except AMEX), bank transfers and cash.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.

Repeated missed or rescheduling appointments may result in refusal of future bookings, or a non-refundable booking deposit of $50 will be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final cost on the day of the appointment.
