Cancellation Policy
The clinic cancellation policy aims to ensure efficient service for all clients. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will be charged in full. We understand unforeseen circumstances; therefore, exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us promptly via the online booking platform or contact us directly via mobile. Your understanding allows the clinic to accommodate all clients effectively.
