Catered especially for clients who have limited physical capacity to visit the clinic.
Cancellation Policy
The clinic cancellation & rescheduling policy aims to ensure efficient service for all clients. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will be charged in full. Repeated cancellations and rescheduling will incur a booking fee of $50 to be paid first to confirm your next appointment. We understand unforeseen circumstances; therefore, exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.
