For first-timers who want to achieve the best and most effective results, this begins with a comprehensive consultation and detailed assessment . Our experienced practitioner will review your health history, lifestyle factors, conduct relevant examinations and pulse and tongue diagnosis. This comprehensive evaluation allows us to identify any underlying imbalances that may need to be addressed to allow effective healing and recovery. Following the evaluation, personalised lifestyle/ dietary recommendations advice according to your unique body constitution will be provided. More importantly, a customised treatment plan that may integrate acupuncture and/or herbal treatment will be created for you. These treatments aim to address the root causes while supporting and improving the body's innate ability to heal naturally, to help you achieve optimal health and feel your best everyday.

Cancellation Policy

The clinic cancellation policy aims to ensure efficient service for all clients. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will be charged in full. We understand unforeseen circumstances; therefore, exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.
