Q. Does Acupuncture hurt?

Acupuncture usually causes little discomfort. Most people feel little to no pain, a little pinch or a slight dull sensation. The points used are very thin, and many find it deeply relaxing during the treatment.

Q. Do you accept private health funds?

Yes, we accept most private health funds, and you can claim your rebate immediately for Acupuncture and Chiropractic treatments.

Q. Can I get treatment if I live far (eg. interstate)?

Yes, we can offer online consultations for Herbal Medicine treatment, for our patients who live far or are unable to travel to our clinic. If you wish to proceed with treatment, Your herbs can be delivered via Australia Post.

Q. How long does a session take?

A comprehensive consultation + treatment would take around an hour.

An express session would take 30-45 mins.

Q. Can children get treatment?

Definitely. Many of our previous and current cases that we have treated include kids who have had stubborn skin conditions, respiratory/ immune imbalances and attention difficulties. We use gentle and non-invasive methods to treat your child.
